IN PREPARATION FOR ETERNITY

Those four minutes of silence during your service are just a sample of what it would like to lay in rest up there in your cemetery.

The peaceful sound of the waves caressing the shore,

The moss swaying in the calm breeze,

Even the spiders know it is safe for them to walk in open sight,

This piece of space,

This place where humans gather to give thanks to creation,

To the miracle of nature,

Is a place where I would be happy to spend the rest of time.

Thank you once again for your stand against “the machine”,

And for giving me the feeling and taste of my eternity.
