We are all the children of God and God is with us always. Too many have been overwhelmed by the chaos of modern life and have lost touch with the spirit of God which resides within our hearts.

In order to renew our spirits and our souls and open the channels of communication between our spirits and the spirit of God, we must go into the wilderness as did Jesus to pray and meditate. Open your Bible to the 23rd Psalm and read it to the floating clouds, the singing birds, the nodding wildflowers, and the towering trees.

The spirit of God is in all these things and in all Creation. You will feel the presence of God as it enters your soul and renews your spirit. Wherever you go and whatever you do you will then be able to close your eyes and return to that place in your mind and say to yourself, "Thou art with me."
